David is a New York–educated tax professional known for his straight-forward style, deep technical expertise, and relentless commitment to getting the job done right. With over 30 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and professional corporations, he combines the precision of a Big 4 background with the personal attention of a boutique advisor.

After relocating to Southern California during the pandemic, David continues to serve clients nationwide—delivering clarity and confidence in all aspects of U.S. taxation. His career spans roles at major Private Equity firms, Big 4 accounting firms, and, for the past 12 years, leadership positions at two boutique CPA practices focused on sophisticated tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth clients, real estate entities, professional service firms, and S corporations.

David’s areas of expertise include:

He is known for his quality-over-quantity approach to client relationships—emphasizing communication, foresight, and trust as the pillars of long-term success. David earned his MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both California and New York.

Outside of work, David and his wife enjoy traveling—especially cruising—and exploring their Marina del Rey neighborhood with their beloved dog, Gemma. He’s also a proud father of three adult children on the East Coast (whom he’s still trying to convince to move west).
