Mia Samson is a Wealth Advisor and the Director of Marketing at Gerber Kawasaki Wealth & Investment Management. She specializes in working with professional women, entrepreneurs, and rising leaders, helping them take control of their finances with clarity, confidence, and a personalized plan. Her approach supports clients as they navigate big goals such as launching a business, building wealth, or preparing for early retirement.
In 2020, Mia earned the Certified Digital Asset Advisor (CDAA) designation to deepen her understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain investing. At Gerber Kawasaki, she leads firm-wide marketing and brand development, ensuring that messaging aligns with the firm’s modern approach to financial planning.
Mia is also a financial educator and content creator. She was recently named one of Feedspot’s Top 100 Finance TikTokers for her accessible and engaging videos on investing, budgeting, and financial literacy. Her goal is to make financial planning feel approachable, especially for women who may feel left out of traditional financial conversations.
Raised in California, Mia grew up watching both of her parents serve in the San Francisco Fire Department. Her mother’s role as one of the few women in the department inspired Mia to become a leader in her own field and to support other women doing the same. She is passionate about helping clients build financial independence and create long-term security for themselves and their families.
Mia graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a concentration in Applied Mathematics. Outside of work, she volunteers with Fetchin’ Retrievers Rescue, a nonprofit that connects families with rescue retrievers and provides education for smooth transitions into new homes. She also supports the San Francisco Fire Department Toy Program, where her family has been recognized for outstanding service. In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time with her German Shepherd, Harley.
