Will Hatch is an Operations Associate at Gerber Kawasaki, where he specializes in the firm's Orion platform. He previously served as an Associate at Sunset West Advisors, where he oversaw data management and reporting workflows.
Will launched his career at Convergency Partners, a boutique fintech consultancy serving wealth and asset managers. There, he focused on driving efficiency across RIA platforms through advanced technology solutions, including early-stage artificial intelligence applications. He went on to join Vestria Capital where he established the firm's end-to-end operational infrastructure spanning CRM, financial reporting, cap table management, and beyond.
A graduate of Columbia University, Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude. He lives in Venice, where he spends his weekends on the tennis court, in the surf, and running along the coast. He also volunteers with The Midnight Mission, a Los Angeles nonprofit dedicated to providing shelter, job training, and addiction treatment to those experiencing homelessness.
