BIO

Originally from Long Beach, California, Ryan earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Ryan’s passion for personal finance was inspired by his grandfather, who went from being an office janitor to building independent wealth through disciplined investing. This lesson showed him the life-changing impact financial planning can have, which stuck with him from an early age. With this influence, he started investing right after his first paycheck working at a car wash when he was 15 years old and has been hooked on helping others do the same ever since.

As a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®), Ryan believes in not only helping his clients achieve financial freedom, but walking them through the step-by-step process of how to get there.

Primarily working with tech professionals and those in or nearing retirement, Ryan emphasizes flexibility in every financial plan he builds. He prioritizes building meaningful relationships with each client, allowing him to craft personalized strategies that reflect their unique goals and values.

Some of the companies his clients work for include Salesforce, Oracle, Datadog, Rippling, Snowflake, SolarWinds, Stripe, Amazon, & CrowdStrike.

Before joining Gerber Kawasaki, Ryan spent five years as a wealth advisor at a local RIA in Los Angeles, where he developed an expertise in financial planning and his client-first approach.

When he’s not helping clients plan their financial futures, you can usually find him out rock climbing, hiking local trails, planning his next international trip, or spending quality time with friends and family.
